Workshop: We have the knowledge and experience to repair, service, restore, improve or modify your classic Citroen in our fully equipped workshop. We also have many original special tools to make sure that the job is done as Citroen intended. Although we specialise mainly in the DS and Traction models, if you have a Citroen made in the 20th Century, we can fix it. If you have a DS or ID made after 1965, the links to the right detail what we do when we perform a Standard Service or a Major Service. We have a courtesy car available for you to use while we are working on your car. If you wish to make use of this service, you must book the courtesy car when you book your car in for the work. 	Parts department: We stock a wide range of new, reconditioned and used parts for DS/ID models. We stock and ever growing range of new and reconditioned parts for Traction Avant models. We also have a selection of new genuine Citroen parts for 2CV, Dyane, Ami, GS, GSA and CX, which we have acquired as part of job lots we have bought. We are still sorting through these parts though so if you require anything for these vehicles, please contact us to see if we have it. We offer a mail order service for parts.
Pre Purchase Inspections: If you are thinking of buying a car, it is a good idea to have the prospective vehicle inspected by someone who knows the model well. Do this before you buy the car! We can do this for you and will provide a written appraisal of the vehicle along with estimated costs for any work that may be required. This will enable you to decide whether to go ahead and what price to offer for the car. Please contact us for a quote. We are happy to travel to see a car or the inspection can be done at our workshop.
	Rust-proofing: We have the equipment and experise to comprehensively rust proof your car. Old cars always have some corrosion, no matter how good they are. We can minimise the spread of this and prevent it starting on areas where it doesn't already exist. We use a high quality cavity wax which has the correct properties to allow it to be applied to the most awkward nooks and crannies and not allow the film to deteriorate on hot days. We also coat the areas under the wheel arches and under the floor with a thick black wax coating to help keep the road salt and muck from attacking the underside of the car. A typical cost to comprehensively treat a DS saloon is £500 +VAT. It will take most of a day and will consume around 10 litres of product to do the job properly. Valuations: Often people need their car to be valued for insurance purposes or as an idea of what to sell the car for. We can inspect your car and provide a written valuation that is accepted by most insurance companies.
